Next, you will have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Miltenberger, who is an internal medicine physician with expertise in hormone optimization, sexual health, weight management, as well as internal medicine.

3. Your Treatment Plan:

You can start this plan immediately, You will receive your first month of semaglutide injections, embarking on your path to achieving your health and wellness goals efficiently and effectively.

Pricing
Over the course of treatment your Semaglutide dose may change. Usually patients will start at a beginning dose level, and depending on their rate of weight loss that dose may be adjusted up. The pricing of the program will depend partly on what dose a patient is at.
Starting Monthly: $275
We are able to offer Semaglutide in monthly program. You can pick up your Semaglutide each month from our office. The price per month will depend on what dose you are at. Your first month will be $275, monthly prices will increase by $25 if the dose is increased.
Quarterly: Mailed to you
For patients who would like the convenience of having their Semaglutide mailed to them directly we offer our program quarterly. Patients will receive a kit in the mail that includes the Semaglutide and the necessary supplies and instructions to self administer the medication. The Kit you receive and pricing will be for an approximate period of time, 10 to 12 weeks dependent on dose.
